Lick My Sticks

I have been hardcore neglecting the blogging. I haven't really been knitting, I'm still adjusting to school life. It's nuts going from TONS of spare time to next to none. Besides school I've been attached to Chris's hip since school started. We've always been chummy, now we kind of have no reason NOT to hang out since we're already at school together, might as well have lunch...and then watch endless hours of MMA fighting instead of doing our homework. (Violence>Homework) So I just haven't been home. At all.

The band is keeping me busy too. And getting settled into the new place. We're all settled in now, finally. I got myself equipped with wireless for my laptop, so I'm in nerd heaven right now. School is going pretty well. Got an A on my first paper in English/College Writing along with a note suggesting I look into publishing the story. That was pretty cool. I'm drowning in French, but I bought a French CD/Book set today so maybe that will help. My teacher is just so awful. Nice guy but he mumbles, speaks to fast, has HORRID handwriting, and ignores your desperate pleas for help and clearer explainations. The whole class is in a panic of failing. It's ugly. History..not going great. I missed class today for a photo shoot the rain quickly cancelled. I'm behind as it is. We're expected to read two novels by thanksgiving on top of the text book. Rediculous. I'll get it together though. PHOTO is GREAT. I love it already. I have my first roll of film due Monday. I can't wait to get in and start making prints. I watch Chris every Friday and I'm SO ready to do it myself.

SO MY BAND is playing a Battle of the Bands Saturday! We could use some heads there, I hope friends show up. There's a thousand dollar prize! The show is in Taunton. Christine? Yeah? Yeah? Cah-mon! hehe. Right after we play we're off to TJ's for a trash can fire and beer. Should be a great night barring any catastrophes. I love playing out.

Well that's it for now. I will have some knitting done soon. I'm dying to bust into the Corset Pattern my awesome SP got me. I need yarn money!! Maybe I should donate eggs and fill a room with soft, pretty yarns....mmm. I'm gonna go find a blunt object to strike myself with now cause I should be sleeping.
